In our bid to enhancing our business relationship with our vendors and ensure that their operations are guided professionally with the highest form of standards, we require all intending vendors to register with Egbin Power Plc. The services of a globally reputable company, Dun & Bradstreet have been engaged to support Egbin Power Plc in this exercise. Dun & Bradstreet shall review vendor’s documents, conduct office, workshop, and business premises inspection to validate vendor’s claims on the registration document. Upon satisfactory review, the vendor shall be issued a DUNS Number Certificate.

If you have an existing Dun and Bradstreet account, kindly provide us with a valid D-U-N-S certificate.

It is important to note that vendors without Dun and Bradstreet account may not be invited to do business with Egbin Power Plc.

  • Evidence of payment with name and email of the company, name and phone number of the company representative shall be communicated to Egbin Power Plc through the email address [email protected] with the email subject – “DnB Vendor Registration”
  • Companies who have paid the stipulated registration fee will be contacted by Dun & Bradstreet and also required to provide the following documents for the registration exercise.
    1. Evidence of company registration (CAC Certificate. CO2, CO7 or Statement of Affairs for Business Names) (Compulsory)
    2. Detailed company profile (Compulsory)
    3. Evidence of previous jobs done (Compulsory)
    4. Bank Reference Letter (Compulsory)
    5. Proof of Address (Compulsory)
    6. Preceding 3 years Audited Accounts I Statement of Accounts prior to registration year) Required for Category A vendors
    7. Preceding 3 years ended financial Tax Clearance Certificate prior to registration year) Required for Category A&B vendors
    8. VAT Certificate (compulsory, if applicable)
    9. Most Recent Tax Clearance Certificate (compulsory, if applicable)
    10. Evidence of manufacturers accreditation (compulsory, if applicable)
    11. Evidence of compliance with Pension Act, NSITF, ITF (compulsory, if applicable)
    12. Evidence of Corporate Social Responsibility (if applicable)
    13. Evidence of Corporate Environmental and Governance Policy (if applicable)
    14. Evidence of partnership, distributorship, or reseller agreement with Original Equipment Manufacturers (if applicable)
    15. Any other relevant supporting documents that would fast track the validation and verification process.
  • Please note that any vendor found to have provided false information at any point of the registration process including payment for a wrong category shall be immediately disqualified.
